1. Information you provide: when you contact us via the inquiry form or the online AI assistant, we collect the name/title, phone number, company name (optional) and project-need description you fill in.

2. Conversation content: the text of your chat with the AI assistant, used to respond to your inquiry and improve our service.

3. Automatically collected information: to keep the website running and secure, we may automatically log your IP address, browser type (User-Agent), referring page and access time.

4. Cookies and local storage: this website uses browser localStorage to keep an anonymous visitor identifier (visitor_id) and to temporarily cache your inquiry when the backend is unavailable, so it can be acknowledged and resubmitted.

2. How We Use Information

The personal information we collect is used solely to: respond to your inquiries and inspection/procurement needs, assess plans and quotes for you, contact you and provide pre-sales and after-sales service, improve this website and our service quality, and meet legal requirements.

We will not use your personal information for other purposes except to achieve the above or with your separate consent.

We process your personal information primarily on the basis of your consent (checking the agreement box and submitting the form / starting a chat constitutes authorization) and as necessary to enter into or perform a contract to which you are a party. 1. Location and retention: your personal information is stored within the territory of the People’s Republic of China; we retain it only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required by law. After the retention period, we delete or anonymize it.
