Equipment FAQ

Which defects can it detect?

Hidden cracks, micro-cracks, cold solder, broken gridlines, PID, poor sintering, breakage and other internal/structural defects.

Which module types are supported?

Mono, poly, bifacial, TOPCon, HJT, thin-film and other mainstream modules.

What standard does the EL inspection follow?

EL image acquisition, image-quality evaluation and defect interpretation follow IEC TS 60904-13:2018; operating-condition EL is a field method Longsafe developed for in-service modules, and its specific test conditions differ from conventional forward-bias EL.
